Didn’t have to wait long at all for product to be ordered & to come back out to have problem fixed. Tech was knowledgeable, respectful & work was completed thoroughly! I called for an estimate for an 50 amp direct line. Got an appointment for estimate right away. They were able to schedule the installation at my convenience the next week. Frank came on time. He did the work and explained everything to me. Cleaned up everything.
JME was very accommodating to my work schedule and was able to get me on the schedule a couple months in advance. The day before they were coming i got a reminder notification which I appreciate. Morning of I got a reminder and then a notification when he was on his way. Our electrician was Frank, very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Did a great job installing our interlock and did better cleanup than any prior contractors we had do work for us. When finished he went over the work with us and explained all he did. I will definitely call JME for any further electrical needs. And would definitely refer them to friends and family.
